Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Please read the following carefully before placing your order:

1. No Refunds or Exchanges
All art prints are made to order. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for any reason, including:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong size or design
  • Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout

2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review your case and, if approved, send a replacement at no additional cost.

3. Color Variations
Please note that colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor settings and printing processes. These minor variations are not considered defects.

4. Order Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to review all order details before completing the purchase. We are not responsible for errors in shipping information or selected items.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at kylieawebb01@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Exception — Custom Commissions

Custom commissions (including the Custom Architecture Portrait) are exempt from the right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c), as they are made to the customer's personal specifications. This exemption will be clearly communicated prior to purchase.

Print Club Subscriptions (EU Customers)

You may cancel your print club subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Prints already dispatched are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

All Other Customers

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for orders outside the European Union, except in cases of damaged or defective items. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
