Shipping Policy: Print on Demand (POD)

Thank you for supporting our art print shop! Each item is made to order through our print-on-demand partners, which means your order is created especially for you after purchase.

1. Processing Time
Orders typically take 10 business days to be printed and prepared for shipment. Processing times may vary during holidays, sales, or high-demand periods.

2. Shipping Time
Estimated shipping times (after processing) are:

• United States: 3–7 business days

• International: 7–21 business days

Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery times.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

4. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its delivery.

5. Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or other factors outside our control.

6. Incorrect Addresses
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

8. International Orders & Customs
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may apply.
